Corporate Clean Property Services has specialised in tailoring cleaning systems and services to the requirements of many industries for over 20 years. As a result we have a wealth of experience, technical knowledge, and expertise across a broad range of industries and businesses.
Our solutions are based on basic fundamentals which are mandatory inspections of sites on a regular basis, follow up on issues in a prompt manner, deploying localised cleaners with good communication skills, and having a dedicated Account Manager as a point of contact. Through this approach and other practices we have won numerous awards over the years for customer satisfaction and excellence including, Workcover Corporation Safety Awards for Occupational Health & Safety Excellence and 6 Golden Service Awards for innovation and customer satisfaction, in hospitality/leisure , commercial offices 5,000m² – 10,000m² , education, commercial offices minor, healthcare/hospitals.
We place great emphasis on meeting the needs of every one of our clients and this is reflected in the loyalty of both our clients and staff over our 23 year history. Corporate Clean Property Services engages over 100 employees and sub contractors to manage its operations and we manage over 150 cleaning contracts throughout South Australia.
We operate in a diverse range of markets including commercial and retail, manufacturing and industrial, medical and healthcare, education facilities and schools, hotels and apartments, building and houses, construction sites, shopping centres, and leisure and entertainment centres, (to name a few).
